We were on our way north, planning to rappel at a site near Keshet Cave. Some group members felt unsure and anxious, so we debated whether to continue or cancel. When we arrived at the location and saw the cliff, fear started to take over. Some people backed out, and others stood frozen.But then... something shifted. The guide calmly gave us space to breathe, to feel our fear, and to choose freely – without pressure.After that moment of pause, the group gathered again. Those who initially stepped back found themselves wanting to try. Step by step, our guide led us into the cave, on a short trail with an incredible view. By the time we reached the edge, something inside us had changed.The moment of rappelling itself was emotional, powerful, and full of support. We left the site not only proud of ourselves – but with real tools for life. The guide didn't just show us how to wear harnesses or explain the gear – he taught us how to face fear.With calm. And with courage.

We were a group of 20 – women, men, and kids – many of whom didn’t know each other beforehand. Itamar welcomed us with warmth and patience. After a short walk, we arrived at the site. The weather was cloudy, but by the time we reached the edge – the skies cleared and the view was breathtaking.At the rappelling site, we were welcomed by a professional team – 4 guides in total – who guided us through every step and explained the process clearly and calmly. The trail itself was beautiful, full of greenery, rocks, and surprises along the way.The highlight came at the end: we rappelled down a 30-meter cliff into the riverbed of Nahal Rahaf – it was absolutely incredible. Highly recommended – for any group size or skill level.

I sent a group of 40 Hasidic boys with Itamar, and everything was perfectly tailored to their needs. The atmosphere was incredibly special, and the activities were some of the most suitable and engaging we’ve ever seen. Everyone came back feeling uplifted and thrilled – truly an exceptional experience in every way.
