ODT (Outdoor Dynamic Training) uses outdoor tasks and challenges for a group working together. Your aim might be communication, cooperation or leadership; I use that aim to help choose the group tasks.
How do we choose the activities for your group?
We start with your preferences, group size, location and participants' needs. I want to know whether the event has a particular purpose and what level of difficulty you are looking for. Age, ability and individual concerns matter when we discuss the proposed activities.
Tell me your group's priorities. We can look at the options together and agree an activity plan for your group. The day is private to your team; it is not a departure that individuals join.
Group tasks with cooperation at their center
The tasks give participants a shared challenge to work through. The group divides roles, works together and helps colleagues take part. Some attempts may not succeed. The next step is to work out how to approach the challenge together, rather than make individual success the whole point.
What can you combine with ODT?
Our activity range includes rappelling, bungee swing and the Himalayan bridge alongside ODT tasks. These are options to discuss, not automatic inclusions. Tell me which appeals to your group so we can consider suitability, location and the arrangements required.
A jeep outing in Israel can also be part of a team day. We offer jeep outings in northern and southern Israel, with some central locations. Ask about the available route and group arrangements for your chosen day; vehicle numbers and inclusions belong in your proposal.
Guidance and preparation for the agreed activities
Our role includes explaining the activities to participants. For rappelling, read about the guide's role and equipment instruction. Raise questions about instructions or suitability during planning, especially if someone has a concern about a proposed challenge. If your organization needs insurance or training information, request details relevant to the booked activities for review.
Review the proposal alongside our website terms and booking conditions. The agreed plan should make clear which activities and services you are booking.
Talk to me about your team
Ask about outdoor team building activities or call +972 52-230-0306. Tell me the group size, preferred location, occasion and any goals or participant needs to discuss. We can work from those details towards a proposal for your group.
